Olivia DeVos Griffioen is a stakeholder in West Michigan-based investment firm, Continuum. In addition, she serves as a third-generation leader and talent development professional at Amway, the world's largest direct selling company.

Passions and Impact

Olivia's philanthropic work is deeply rooted in her values and beliefs, and she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by engaging in efforts to come alongside others as they seek to reach their full potential. She is passionate about work in the areas of mental health, public policy, community-based programs, dance, and the arts.

Olivia actively volunteers to support causes that create positive change for others. As an example, she currently serves on the board of directors for West Michigan Community Tennis, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing tennis programming for enthusiasts and promoting lifelong racquet sports for underserved and underprivileged community members.

Graduating from Wake Forest University in 2020, Olivia earned a bachelor's degree in business and enterprise management. She lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
