Doug DeVos founded Continuum Ventures with his wife, Maria DeVos, and their family. Their goal is to invest in businesses, community changemakers, and civic organizations, building thriving communities and making long-lasting impacts.

In addition to his role at Continuum, Doug DeVos is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company. He previously served as the company’s President for 16 years. Amway generates more than $7 bil­lion in rev­enue annually as it empow­ers inde­pen­dent busi­ness own­ers to strength­en their communities.

Doug is a leader dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and enabling individuals worldwide to establish their own businesses, a commitment that has been a lifelong passion. He also leads the Ambassador Network for Stand Together, an organization focused on helping others by dealing with society’s biggest challenges. 

Additionally, Doug chairs the Frederick Douglass Society at Stand Together and the Executive Committee for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. He is involved in a number of business and civic organizations, including the West Michigan Policy Forum, the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, and the Doug & Maria DeVos Foundation.

Doug also hosts the Believe! Podcast, a leading platform advancing the shared principles of free enterprise, entrepreneurism and human encouragement through conversations with today’s thought leaders and changemakers.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, where he was a quarterback on the Purdue football team.
